Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
We handle returns, replacements and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Find more information about your Consumer rights at Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
Each item is always checked before it is posted. When you receive you item please check to make sure it is free of defects or damage and let us know within 72 hours. Please note we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. We do not refund, replace, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind.
Downloadable/digital products and sale items are exempt from being exchanged or refunded.

To speed up the process, please include a description of the damage or defect and if possible photographs. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Once we receive your enquiry, further information may be requested. If your refund is approved a notification email will be sent. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Any postage and handling costs as part of the original purchase will not be refunded. If a replacement is approved, we will confirm your postal address and send you a replacement item.

Actual colour of the products may vary to what you see on your screens. This is because every computer monitor/screen has different colour display settings, hardware configurations and browser settings. Colours are usually very, very close to what you see on your screens. Requests for replacement due to colour reproduction are at our discretion.
