Deck of Dreams is a Reality

I received the news last week that Deck of Dreams has been funded by the Lord Mayor Clover Moore Salary Trust! It is great news just before Christmas and I am looking forward to sharing the creation process with you all!

Needless to say I am very excited and have to give a big thank you to Douglas Holmes, Consumer Participation Officer, St Vincents Hospital, for applying for the funding.

I will be working with designers from Breakout Communications to create the physical cards and I am sure they will look amazing! Thank you everyone for your participation and support of this project.

The City of Sydney Narrative Project will include lots of useful information about mental health services, including a booklet and DVD. The whole package is due to be launched around Mental Health Month next year, October 2013.

I will keep you all updated on the progress and let you know when the first set of cards will be hot off the press.
