Inspired by my friend who is on a weight loss challenge, I walked the Bay Run last night, for this reason I usually call it the Bay Walk. It’s a good 7km walk around Canada Bay, Sydney. During the walk we got talking about food (nothing unusual there).
This is what she told me, 50g of muesli with 100ml of milk. When looking at the back of the packet with all the numbers, ensure that the sugar content is no more than a 1/3 of the total carbohydrate content – finally some of what I learnt in high school comes into practical use.
Add hot water to the muesli and allow it to sit a while. Your muesli will be a little more mushy, but definitely more bloated and full looking. Then as an extra to help sustain the fullness factor, add some natural protein powder.
